In the interest of maintaining the lovely neighborhood we all expect, this year the Board has renewed its effort to make sure our Design Guidelines are maintained. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) will use our updated Design Guidelines and Landscaping Guidelines section of the Tranquility at Carters Lake Covenants for guidance.

An Architectural Control Committee (ACC) has been formed to review and approve all homes and other structures at Tranquility at Carters Lake prior to construction to assure the harmony of external design and general quality with the high standards of the neighborhood and the overall development. A consistent design theme will be adhered to such that the natural beauty of the area is maintained, and for the enhancement of each owner’s investment.

ALL changes to the exterior of your house and landscaping require prior approval of the Board.

The Board takes the advice of the ACC to normally grant quick approval.

Additionally our ACC Committee will review ALL exterior changes current owners plan to make to your home or property.
