MAINTENANCE AT TRANQUILITY PARK

One of the advantages of having an owners association is the maintenance of our community’s common areas.

The project to address erosion issues on the south side of our community park has been completed.
Runoff from the drainage ditch along Harris Creek Drive is now going down the drain.

The drainage system runs underground and eventually empties into Harris Creek.
