Our Architectural Control Committee (ACC) reviews and approves all homes and other structures at Tranquility at Carters Lake prior to construction. The ACC’s role is to assure the harmony of external design and general quality with the high standards of the neighborhood and the overall development. A consistent design theme will be adhered to such that the natural beauty of the area is maintained, and for the enhancement of each owner’s investment.
