One of the advantages of having an owners association is the maintenance of our community’s common areas. Recently, the stop signs throughout the community have received a fresh coat of paint.

A bear was seen roaming our neighborhood yesterday in the area of Harris Creek Drive and Beech Tree Drive. It’s that time of year! Be alert and make some noise as you walk in our community 😬

Carters Lake neighbors enjoyed an early celebration of our nation’s Independence Day yesterday afternoon at Tranquility Park.
