The Tranquility at Carters Lake Owners Association (TACLOA) has a new management partner, SIXES MANAGEMENT. Our new partner has started maintaining the Customer Service Portal. They will be providing accounting services such as PAYING INVOICES AND PREPARING FINANCIAL REPORTS.
Plenty of information is and will continue to be available regarding TACOLA on this portal under the section “ABOUT US”.
Also you will find documents such as:
- monthly financials
- minutes of the meetings of the TACLOA Board of Directors
- monthly newsletters
- the “Reservation Request Form” for Reserving Tranquility Park
- and more.
**There is also the option for you to pay your yearly assessment(s) online.**
